Anti-ITGAL Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent recognises ITGAL (also referred to as CD11a or LFA-1A) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–1170 of human CD11a/LFA-1A/ITGAL (UniProt P20701). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the reagent targets a protein of 180 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. Suggested dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
