Anti-ITGAE Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ITGAE (also known as CD103). It belongs to the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and is validated for western blotting, with immunohistochemistry also listed among its applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–200 of human ITGAE (NP_002199.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
