Anti-ITGA5 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Integrin alpha 5 (ITGA5), produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 750–1000 of human Integrin alpha 5 (ITGA5/CD49e), accession NP_002196.4. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 135 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
