Anti-ITGA4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Integrin alpha 4 (ITGA4), also known as CD49D. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid preparation.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 770–970 of human Integrin alpha 4 (ITGA4/CD49d) (NP_000876.3). The antibody is purified by affinity purification, with reported molecular weights of 70 kDa, 140 kDa, and 150 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
