Anti-ITGA2B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the ITGA2B protein (also known as Integrin alpha-IIb, GPIIb, GPalpha II, ITGAB, or platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb) and is supplied at a 50 µl fill volume with a stated concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human ITGA2B immunogen and purified by affinity purification using that immunogen, yielding an unconjugated preparation formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and has been shown to react with human and mouse samples, recognizing endogenous levels of total ITGA2B protein. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, while the conjugate label is unconjugated, leaving the antibody suitable for downstream labelling according to the user's assay design.
