Anti-ITGA2B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade primary antibody is raised in rabbit and targets the ITGA2B (Integrin alpha-IIb) protein, also known as CD41, GPIIb, or platelet membrane glycoprotein IIb. The polyclonal reagent is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is unconjugated for direct labelling workflows. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and demonstrates reactivity with both human and mouse samples, with an estimated purity greater than 95% obtained through affinity purification against a recombinant human ITGA2B immunogen. Intended for Research Use Only, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
