Anti-IST1 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-335 of human IST1, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 40 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000-1:5,000. The product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.
