Anti-ISL1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ISL1 (Islet 1), available through Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200-300 of human Islet1 (NP_002193.2). It is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The reported molecular weight is 50 kDa. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
