Anti-ISG15 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting ISG15. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and was purified by affinity chromatography. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–165 of human ISG15 (NP_005092.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 15 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
