Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this affinity-purified rabbit IgG antibody targets ISCU for Western blot applications. The antibody is presented as a liquid preparation.
The immunogen corresponds to a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-167 of human ISCU (NP_998760.1). Reactivity is reported with human samples, and the antibody is raised against a target detected in the 14-18 kDa range. A recommended working dilution for Western blotting is 1:500-1:2,000.
Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
