Anti-IRX3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against IRX3 is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human IRX3 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the IRX3 protein.

It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 52 kDa, and the isotype is IgG.
