Anti-IRTKS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human IRTKS (also known as BAIAP2L1), enabling sensitive detection of endogenous IRTKS protein across a broad range of sample types. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, the antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it suitable for direct use in standard immunoassays without the need for a secondary label. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA applications, with verified cross-reactivity against human, mouse, and rat species — confirmed by Western blot analysis of HepG2 cells on the supplier datasheet.
