Anti-IRS1 (phospho S312) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IRS1 phosphorylated at serine 312. The IgG antibody is supplied unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding serine 312 of human IRS1. The reagent is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 180 kDa.

For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the reagent is intended for research use only.
