Anti-IRS1 (phospho S307) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises IRS1 phosphorylated at Ser307 and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and purified by affinity chromatography.

Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide spanning the S307 region of human IRS1 (NP_005535.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 180 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended use in Western Blot is at a dilution of 1:500–1:1,000. The product ships at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
