Anti-IRS1 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets IRS1 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1043–1242 of human IRS1 (P35568). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 180 kDa. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, shipped at 4°C and stored at -20°C after aliquoting, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF.
