Anti-IRS-1 (phospho-S323) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IRS-1 when phosphorylated at Serine 323. It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human IRS-1 around the Serine 323 phosphorylation site, and it detects endogenous levels of IRS-1 only when phosphorylated at Ser323.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weights for IRS-1 are approximately 132 kDa and 180 kDa.
