Anti-IRS-1 (phospho-S307) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against IRS-1 phosphorylated at serine 307. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and is supplied unconjugated in PBS with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human IRS-1 around the Ser307 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of IRS-1 only when phosphorylated at Ser307. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weights are approximately 132 and 180 kDa.
