Anti-IRS-1 (E306) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IRS-1, generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280-320 of Human IRS-1. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of IRS-1 protein, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein is reported to migrate at approximately 132 and 180 kDa.
