Anti-IRS-1 (D606) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 600-650 of Human IRS-1. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of IRS-1 protein, with the target observed at molecular weights of approximately 132 kDa and 180 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
