Anti-IRP-1 (R134) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against IRP-1 (R134) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human IRP-1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of IRP-1 protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 98 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
