Anti-IRF8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against IRF8 and validated for Western blot on human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 137–426 of human IRF8 (NP_002154.1). The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:100–1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
