Anti-IRF6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against IRF6 (Interferon regulatory factor 6, also known as IRF-6) and is supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human IRF6, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total IRF6.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The host species is Rabbit, and the clonality is polyclonal.

The antibody is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
