Anti-IRF6 Antibody

Produced in rabbit and affinity-purified against the C-terminal region of human interferon regulatory factor 6 (IRF6), this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports detection of the ~53 kDa transcription factor by Western blot and by immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The antibody recognizes endogenous IRF6 in human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, formulated for storage at -20 °C with freeze-thaw cycles minimized by aliquoting on first use. Each vial contains 100 µl of ready-to-use stock that can be diluted in blocking buffer for immunoblotting at typical working concentrations of 0.5 to 2 µg/ml, or applied at higher dilutions for chromogenic IHC.
