Anti-IRF4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human IRF4 immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total IRF4 (interferon regulatory factor 4, also known as MUM1, LSIRF, NF-EM5 and multiple myeloma oncogene 1), a lymphocyte transcription factor routinely used as a marker for B cells, plasma cells, dendritic cells, T follicular helper cells and cytotoxic T cells. It is validated by the supplier for Western blot (WB) on human and mouse samples and is shipped in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage the manufacturer recommends aliquoting the product on receipt, holding it at –20 °C and avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles, after dispatch on cold gel packs from St. Louis, MO with a typical 6–9 business day lead time.
