Anti-IRF4 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 150–350 of human IRF4 (NP_002451.2), and the target has an expected molecular weight of 55 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. For western blot applications, the recommended working dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is supported by one scientific validation image.

Storage instructions are to ship at 4 °C, then upon delivery aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is reported as lot specific.
