Anti-IRF3 (phospho S396) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets IRF3 phosphorylated at Ser396. Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG, the reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at S396 of human IRF3. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Reported molecular weight is 45 kDa with a predicted molecular weight of 47 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P 1:50–1:200, and ELISA 1 µg/ml; concentration is lot specific.
