Anti-IRF3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and directed against human IRF3, the interferon regulatory factor 3 transcription factor involved in innate immune signaling. The product is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, with an estimated purity of greater than 95%. The antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human samples.
