Anti-IRF2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against interferon regulatory factor 2 (IRF-2) and recognises the endogenous protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling. It was generated by immunising rabbits with a recombinant human IRF2 protein and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen. Validated applications include Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:2000), immunofluorescence on cultured cells (1:50–1:100) and immunohistochemistry, making it a versatile tool for transcription-factor research across multiple model systems. The vial is dispatched at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
