Anti-IRF2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against interferon regulatory factor 2 (IRF-2), intended for the qualitative detection of total endogenous IRF2 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human IRF2, and the antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the active fraction being rabbit IgG in unconjugated form. The product is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
