Anti-IRF1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against IRF1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and, according to the manufacturer's product data, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, and is intended for research use as a primary antibody.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human and mouse samples, with the manufacturer additionally indicating reactivity with rat samples. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 250–325 of human IRF1 (NP_002189.1) and detects a target band at approximately 48 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.
