Anti-IRF-4 (Y294) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets IRF-4 (Y294) and is supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 262-318 of human IRF-4 and detects endogenous levels of IRF-4 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
