Anti-IRF-4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IRF-4, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against recombinant full length Human IRF-4 and detects endogenous levels of IRF4 protein, with an apparent molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
