Anti-IRF-3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against the transcription factor IRF-3 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 3) and supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody is recommended for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA workflows, and it has been validated on endogenous human IRF-3, with supporting reactivity data also reported on mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from human IRF-3 around the non-phosphorylation site of Ser396 and purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a polyclonal reagent suitable for the detection of total IRF-3 protein. Long-term storage is recommended at −20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year from the date of receipt; for short-term use, the vial should be kept refrigerated and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
