Anti-IRF-3 (A379) Antibody

The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for use in WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 346-397 of Human IRF-3 and detects endogenous levels of IRF-3 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein IRF-3 is reported at molecular weights of approximately 47 and 55 kDa.
