Anti-IRF-2 (K129) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IRF-2 (K129) supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human IRF-2 and detects endogenous levels of IRF-2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 47 kDa.
