Anti-IREB2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the IREB2 protein (iron-responsive element-binding protein 2, also known as IRP2 or IRE-BP 2) and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The immunogen is a recombinant human IREB2 protein, and the reagent is affinity-purified to enrich for antigen-specific immunoglobulins. It is unconjugated and intended for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, and the supplier validates reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a useful tool for iron-metabolism and post-transcriptional gene-regulation studies across multiple model systems.
