Description
A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for detection of IREB2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, and reacts with human and rat samples. It is of the IgG isotype.
The antibody was generated against recombinant full length human IREB2 and recognises endogenous levels of the target protein. Affinity purification using an epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 105 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
