Anti-IREB2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody against IREB2/IRP2, available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), supported by 2 scientific validation images. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 700-963 of human IRP2 (NP_004127.2), with a reported molecular weight of 105 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:20-1:50 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquot and store at -20°C upon delivery and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
