Anti-IRAK4 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises IRAK4 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human IRAK4 (NP_057207.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
