Anti-IRAK3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against IRAK3, available from Antibodies.com for Western blot applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 367–596 of human IRAK3 (NP_009130.2). The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 68 kDa. For Western blotting the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
