Anti-IRAK2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets IRAK2 and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, prepared by affinity purification. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) use, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, and is additionally reported for immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human IRAK2 (NP_001561.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. On arrival the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
