Anti-IRAK-M (L519) Antibody

According to the manufacturer's product information, the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–540 of human IRAK-M and detects endogenous levels of IRAK-M protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
