Anti-IRAK-M Antibody

Produced in rabbit by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody recognizes the IRAK-M kinase (also known as IRAK3), a serine/threonine kinase that negatively regulates Toll-like receptor signaling in monocytes and macrophages. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. IRAK-M plays a central role in endotoxin tolerance, macrophage polarization, and the resolution of inflammation, supporting studies of innate immune regulation, TLR pathway control, and chronic inflammatory disease models. The 100 µl vial provides enough material for multiple western blot membranes or IHC staining runs, and the polyclonal format enables recognition of multiple epitopes for stronger signal in fixed tissue sections and whole-cell lysates.
