Anti-IQGAP1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against IQGAP1 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 500–750 of human IQGAP1 (NP_003861.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 189 kDa.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
