Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IPP2(Q116). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human IPP2 and detects endogenous levels of IPP2 protein, reported to migrate at approximately 30 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
