Anti-IPO8 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IPO8 (Importin 8), available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 878-1037 of human IPO8. The liquid reagent is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
