From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IPO5, validated to detect endogenous levels of the target protein. The immunogen used was a recombinant full length Human IPO5 protein.
The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
Purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody has a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and recognises the target at a molecular weight of ~123 kDa. Three scientific validation images accompany the product.
