Anti-IP3KA (H431) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against IP3KA (H431) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-450 of human IP3KA, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of IP3KA protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Three scientific validation images support its use in Western blotting.
