Anti-Involucrin (P568) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Involucrin (P568). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 541-590 of human Involucrin, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the Involucrin protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 68 kDa.
