It is a rabbit polyclonal IgG directed against human Involucrin, raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the target protein and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The reagent is unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples; the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total Involucrin protein.
